A small community nestled in the bend of the Tennessee River.

At June 21, 2025 Annual Membership meeting, members present voted and approved 2026 fees in the amount of $400.00. Association Bylaws outline that membership is to be provided reminder notice informing annual fees are to be received on or before the May 1, 2026 due date.

With the Savannah Bend Estates Homeowner Association website in place, yearly fees will be paid electronically through your website account using a credit card. No longer will fees be paid using PayPal, Venmo, or personal/business checks.
