About Us

Savannah Bend Estates Homeowners Association, Inc. (formerly known as Bridgeview Phase V) was established in 2009.  We are located on our namesake bend in the Tennessee River, Savannah Bend.  Our Homeowner Association (HOA) started with a few property owners desiring to enjoy the river life, whether part or full-time as work and weather allow, has grown to over 45.

The amenities offered to our members are Adamsville city water, Pickwick Electric utilities, a garbage disposal site, and coming-soon Spectrum Broadband service.  In addition, we also enjoy the HOA's privately-owned paved roads, boat launch, and dedicated parking area.

We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit business with the State of Tennessee.  The resort development plat maps are filed with the Hardin County Registrar of Deeds office.  The HOA is guided by a duly-elected Board of Directors and member-approved Articles of Incorporation, Charter, Bylaws, and Covenant and Restrictions.  As with any business, funds are derived from yearly-assessed fees.

For your information, several Covenant and Restrictions include:
No mobile homes allowed.
Homes built must be 800 square feet or larger.
All properties must be kept neat in appearance and grass mowed regularly during the months of May-September.
Prior Board of Directors approval is required to do commercial business in the HOA.  All requests must be submitted in writing to the Board.  Utilizing rental service/e-commerce companies like AirBnB, etc., is strictly prohibited.
